The Discussion Group, formerly called the Current Affairs Group, was set up in June 2017 and meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 10:30 am. We currently meet at various members' houses.

For the first half of our meetings, a member prepares a brief introduction to a topic including some factual information around which discussion can be developed. After a break for coffee, the second half is given over to the discussion of topical issues or concerns that have arisen since the last meeting.
